This position requires the management of all aspects of operations to ensure program success and to facilitate business growth.

Core responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Running our Regina centre and ensuring the Oxford system is fully implemented.
  • Teaching students at all levels as required.
  • Hiring, training, and supervising teachers.
  • Overseeing the instructional floor to coach and develop outstanding teaching practices.
  • Speaking with parents to report on educational success.
  • Selling the programs to increase sales and maintain attendance.
  • Meeting with the students’ teachers, both Oxford and school, regularly.
  • Maintaining student files, attendance records, and keeping curriculum material highly organized and easily accessible.
  • Working directly with the Centre Director to execute marketing initiatives
  • Developing effective and inventive ways to promote brand awareness in the Regina area.

Comprehensive training in the Oxford education philosophy, program methodologies and delivery approach is provided through our Regina Centre and Corporate Training Department in London, Ontario.

A strong candidate for this position will possess the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Ability to confidently speak about both education and sales.
  • Adaptability, resourcefulness, and creative problem solving skills.
  • Superior written and oral communication skills, including public speaking.
